Fourteen days from delivery. The piece must be unworn, with tags, in the condition it arrived in.

Write to hello@vesper.studio with your order number and we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for faults or our own mistake.

Money goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Archive pieces cannot be exchanged. Only one of each exists, so there is nothing to swap it for.
